I m always home during the day, so it doesn't affect me much but for the scores of people who go to office they will face a great difficulty in doing so. The ordeal of some who work under contract or part-time or in probation is even more worse, after the recession set in many companies prefer having employees under contract or part-time. A couple of days prior notice for such a large scale event is very disheartening. Only in my place its possible, you might be given to think that the state is going the red's way. 2 state wide bandh in a space of 4 months called by the ruling party shows the irresponsibility of the incumbent to run the state. It really beats me how they are able to organize the event when it is constitutionally illegal and how they are able to talk about the development and growth of the state when they bring it to a grinding halt every now and then. Even the opposition has failed in its duty to check the unwanted activities of the incumbent and the people have to face the difficulties. The state's economy too will get a huge set back by such actions, there is no need to destroy any monument if the state runs properly everyday to improve its economy. After all as a citizen i m just left with hopes and waiting for a new day to dawn. Hope against hope!
