Her Story

I had been at work all day and he never phoned me once so I decided to phone him and when I spoke to him he hardly said a word. We arranged to meet in the pub that evening. When I got to the pub he appeared to be in a really odd mood, I thought it might have been because I was a little bit late but he never said anything about it.
He doesn't seem very talkative, the conversation was going very very slow, I suggested going somewhere more intimate so we could talk in a more private surrounding. We went to a restaurant but no matter what I said, he was still acting a bit funny. No matter what I did to try and cheer him up he was still in an odd mood. I start to think that maybe it is me or something else. When I ask him he says no. But I can't shake the feeling that I am not really sure.

After the restaurant we get a taxi back to the house. In the taxi I tell him that I love him and instead of saying it back, all he does is puts his arm around me. I have no idea what this actually means because he never said it back to me. Back in the house I begin to think he is maybe going to dump me, when I try to ask him about it all he does is sit on the couch and turns the TV on.

After a while I just come right out and ask him if he is having an affair on me, he says no, but to be honest it does not convince me.

At this point I decided to go to sleep, 10 minutes later he appears in the bedroom and we have sex. He was still in an odd mood, almost distracted. Afterwards he just rolls over and goes to sleep. He did not even have the courtesy of saying goodnight or anything. I just wanted to get straight out of there and leave, I just don't know what to think anymore. Maybe he has met someone else!?!
